It’s a new year, which means most of us are a few days into our detox and hating life. As those hunger pangs start kicking in, all you want to do is sit at home and wallow in your utter basicness. But it’s Miami, and the show must go on, so get it together, girl, cause this week’s Go-To has a mix of healthy activities (including a cheat meal…wink, wink) for you get your year started on the right foot.

Yardbird Fried Chicken and Charles Heidsieck Rose Champagne

So considering we are five days into 2017 and our detox is making us hangry AF, we think it’s only fair to allow ourselves the first cheat meal of the year. The two things that make a cheat meal worth it: fried chicken and Champagne. This Thursday, enjoy pairing Yardbird’s famous fried chicken and Charles Heidsieck Rosé Champagne at Abaco Premium Wines. If there’s one thing we know for sure, bubbles and comfort food make the best combo. Prefer still wine over sparkling? Abaco will have specially selected wines for a tasting experience that will have you thanking the cheat meal gods for booze and fattening foods.
